Our Growing E-commerce company seeks full-time associates to join our growing team.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following :
- Answer customer inquiries regarding orders and returns. Assist customers in processing RMA tickets, refunds, and replacements.
- Process shipping claims.
- Responsibly handle customers in a timely and accurate manner with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
- Complete all projects in a timely and satisfactory manner, as assigned by the Manager.
- Increase customer satisfaction by quickly resolving dispute claims
- Investigate customer claims by gathering necessary information and documentation
- Order picking, packing, shipping (occasionally)
- Receiving and restocking returns inventory.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Must be responsible, professional, and reliable.
Qualifications :
Ability to follow instructions / quick learnerMust be detail-orientedHave good oral communication skillsComputer literate – basicOne year of experience in a warehouse roleAbility to lift 40-50 pounds (for some roles)Must be fluent in EnglishJob Type : Full-time
