100% on-site position Summary :
- The Head of Lead Management is responsible for directing the corporate lead programs that deliver call transfers, set appointments and leads to the Bath Concepts dealer network.
- This role will forecast, budget, and deliver lead programs against key KPIs of the lead programs.
- This role will work closely with the Affiliate Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Call Center Director to track, forecast, and optimize media sources, leads, and call transfers to deliver leads against budgets.
- The Head of Lead Management will present performance and optimization metrics to senior management and top dealers.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create Monthly and Annual leads and call transfers forecasts.
- Work with the Affiliate Manager to measure, budget and optimize each media source.
- Work with the Call Center Director to forecast and budget call center transfers and track call conversions.
- Monitor overall lead performance throughout the lead funnel, and optimize the quality and quantity of leads provided to the Bath Concepts dealer network.
- Find new opportunities to generate leads.
- Identify and present opportunities to optimize dealer lead campaigns.
- Education and / or Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 5+ years of related experience in managing digital lead programs and driving leads through call centers.
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Skilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlines.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
