The Head Of Talent Management will have the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders across the organization to implement talent strategy across all manufacturing and corporate locations. This individual will drive transformational programs and processes, aligning talent management strategies with organizational values.

Head Of Talent Management Responsibilities :

• Develop a performance management system for managing performance that fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring feedback is impactful and supports growth for all team members.
• Lead and manage talent review and performance management initiatives, ensuring they're in sync with organizational goals and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Create pathways and strategies for employees to advance their careers, enhancing skills, contributing meaningfully, and building rewarding careers within the company.
• Evaluate talent gaps and craft a succession planning framework to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Leverage talent data and emerging trends to deliver actionable insights, supporting informed decisions and highlighting future talent needs.
• Champion a culture of high performance by aligning talent initiatives with company values, establishing leadership behaviors that reflect those values, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience that drives retention and engagement.

Head Of Talent Management Requirements :
