Join Our Mission to Create Joy and Heal Generations! Admissions Counselor — In-Office or Remote Hybrid — Full-Time. Starting Salary : $50,000. Schedule : Monday–Friday 8 am to 4 pm AZ time.

This is your chance to combine empathy with persuasion to help families navigate the life-changing decision to seek treatment.
Responsibilities
- Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embark's mental health treatment programs.
- Conduct an initial assessment of their needs.
- Coordinate the admission process.
- Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
- Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
- Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
- Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
- Participate in team and weekly meetings.
- Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health.
Qualifications
Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.Bachelors Degree preferred.Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and teamwork.Ability to prioritize and multitask.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBi lingual - Spanish to English desired.Benefits
