Overview
The Technology Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of digital tools and platforms within the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that employees are effectively utilizing digital resources to improve productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. The Technology Enablement Lead will develop strategies and initiatives that foster a digital-first culture and will be responsible for communication standards, methods, and mediums used to distribute information while documenting critical release processes. The role requires applying change management discipline to projects as the rate of change increases.
Essential Functions
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to align with Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Communication : Develop and implement communication plans to promote digital adoption initiatives. Ensure employees are informed and engaged, and be accountable for major communications from the core software solutions team, including releases and issues, while maintaining the core software solutions site. Highlight the importance of clear communication to drive adoption and productivity.
- Digital Strategy Development : Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive digital adoption strategy. Identify areas where digital tools can enhance processes and performance.
- Training and Support : Partner with HOLT Training to design and execute training programs on digital tools and platforms; provide ongoing support for continued adoption.
- Change Management : Lead change initiatives to facilitate transitions to digital solutions and address resistance.
- Performance Monitoring : Track usage and effectiveness of digital tools; develop metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and impact.
- Feedback and Improvement : Gather employee feedback to drive continuous improvements to the digital adoption strategy.
- Collaboration : Work with IT, HR, and other departments to align digital adoption with organizational goals and foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Release Management : Organize communication for core software releases, including standard releases and new processes; advance change management within the release process.
- Testing Plan : Coordinate testing for every release, ensuring adequate resources and that the plan is followed.
- Compliance : Work safely and adhere to all applicable safety policies and company policies, procedures, and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.5+ years of related experience; 3+ years in leadership roles preferred; direct supervision preferred.Experience in multi-business-line companies; industrial sector experience is a plus.Familiar with corporate technology trends (e.g., ITIL, SOA, IoT, ETL, cloud architectures, AI, ERP, etc.).Ability to translate customer business needs into holistic technology communications focused on end-user value.Supervisory Responsibilities

Up to 20% travel. May include overnight stays (conferences, site visits, etc.).Work Environment / Physical Requirements
