Engineering Manager

In Thermal Management, MAHLE is one of the world's leading original equipment manufacturers today, developing cooling and air conditioning systems as well as complete thermal management solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and various mobile and stationary off-highway applications.

To increase engine efficiency and service life, and to reduce emissions, MAHLE manufactures filters, pump systems, and oil coolers for engine and transmission applications. We ensure clean air and prevent contamination in oil and fuel that can damage engines. Clean supply air is also vital for the smooth operation of fuel cells.

Your Contribution

Our Engineering Supervisor is responsible for assisting production in achieving productivity goals by establishing an engineering regimen that ensures efficient processes with minimal downtime.

• Support and achieve plant and departmental goals.
• Manage engineering resources across all three shifts.
• Coordinate with other Engineering managers on resource sharing and issue resolution.
• Implement manufacturing strategies, projects, and action plans aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Manage technical risks during project implementation and series production.
• Oversee department staffing and training to optimize asset use and reduce overtime.
• Lead teams in creating, quoting, and executing engineering plans for product / process changes and continuous improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports as required.

Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and conflict resolution.
