This position focuses on delivering high-quality client service through tax preparation, planning, and financial engagements while building strong client relationships and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a self-disciplined, detail-oriented professional who is proactive, communicative, and committed to continual learning and staff mentorship. In addition to client services, the role involves business development, leadership responsibilities, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives and innovations.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
