Sentar is seeking a Part Time HR Generalist I in Huntsville, AL!
Role Description :
- Onboarding : Assist with onboarding coordination to include background investigations, launching onboarding packet, coordinating new hire access, preparing welcome documentation, and any needed data entry.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain and update electronic personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Establish and maintain employee profiles in vendor systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- LMS Monitoring : Monitor the completion of compliance courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up with employees as needed.
- Capture and organize resumes, certifications, and other required documentation for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
- Performance Management : Assist with the performance assessment process, including tracking and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
- Support the clean-up and organization of 360-degree feedback data to improve the effectiveness of performance reviews.
- General HR Support : Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
Qualifications :
Clearance Level : N / A
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Familiarity with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills :
Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Work Schedule - In office Tues, Wed, and Thurs.
