Project Manager
This role involves overseeing and managing multiple projects from purchase order to commissioning, including taking ownership of all aspects of these projects until their successful closure. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of solar tracking systems and related tools, and offers the opportunity to provide customer field support for installation and quality control.
Responsibilities :
- Run projects, read contracts, and conduct cost scoping and data analysis.
- Manage groups of projects from purchase order to commissioning and take ownership of all aspects until closure.
- Develop and maintain technical understanding of solar tracking systems and associated tools.
- Manage project profit and loss, including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost management.
- Provide customer field support for installation and quality control, resolving quality issues through Non-Conformance Reports and Construction Deviation Report processes.
- Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested.
- Coordinate the ordering of tools for the projects and ensure availability of tools and training.
- Ensure a strong customer care experience and effectively communicate resolutions for customer issues.
- Oversee safety and daily project workflow of the technical advisers and commissioning teams assigned to the site.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
