Entrepreneurial real estate private equity firm is an experienced paralegal to support their legal team on affordable housing transactions, HUD loans, tax-exempt bonds, due diligence, pre and post closing processes, and more. Work with a team of highly skilled paralegals and attorneys, all of which have Am Law backgrounds.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support all aspects of the deal cycle, including :
- Managing entity formation
- Coordinating due diligence
- Communicating updates to attorneys and stakeholders
- Preparing signature page packets and coordinating execution across parties
- Attending deal closings and supporting post-closing processes
- Coordinate with external parties and vendors to finalize deliverables
- Conducting legal and factual research
