Position Summary :

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level. This role works closely with the management team, ensuring the execution of company HR strategies and operations. The Human Resources Generalist will manage tasks in the following functional areas : recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job descriptions, job postings, applicant sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new hires.

Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for open jobs.

Develop and deliver HR-related training sessions, such as harassment prevention, diversity, and inclusion.

Note : The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is eligible for a bonus.
