Responsibilities :

  • Network Administration : Design and manage WAN / LAN, enterprise wireless, cloud (Azure), SD-WAN, and firewall infrastructure (Cisco / Palo Alto).
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Handle Level 3 network issues, perform callbacks, and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Network Optimization : Analyse performance, suggest improvements, and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
  • Tool & Process Enhancements : Improve monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) and refine troubleshooting workflows.
  • Hardware & Software Management : Oversee new / existing equipment and upgrades.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Assist Level 1 / 2 resources and contribute to network support objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco routing / switching, Meraki Wireless, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols (OSPF, BGP, iWAN, MPLS).
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL Change Management.
  • Proven ability in network troubleshooting (L3 level) and firewall / security administration.
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adapt to shifting priorities.
