Customer Engagement Marketing Leader

Huntington Bank is seeking a seasoned, visionary leader to head our Customer Engagement Marketing function. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing enterprise-wide strategies that deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver meaningful, compliant communications across all channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed strategist with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. This role requires collaboration across product, marketing, channel teams and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Lifecycle & Engagement
• Lead onboarding journeys for consumer and business banking customers, driving primacy, direct deposit setup, and account funding.
• Develop and optimize retention strategies and benefit reinforcement programs to increase customer lifetime value.
• Customer Communications
• Oversee all regulatory and legally required customer communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain high standards of governance and auditability.
• Merger & Acquisition Marketing
• Serve as the enterprise marketing lead for M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless customer transitions and communications.
• Product & Feature Strategy
• Drive customer strategy for product changes and new feature launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Segment Marketing & Specialized Products
• Support strategic segment engagement for specialized offerings such as Huntington Honors, Teen Banking, and Caregiver Banking.
• Digital Engagement & Adoption
• Accelerate digital adoption through targeted engagement strategies and frictionless experiences.

Compensation Range : $125,000-$255,000 annually

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
