This is a remote-first role with potential for on-site options depending on location.

The role reports to the Associate Director and is part of the social media team. This position is listed internally as Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising.
Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
Serve as direct support to client contacts
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
Build strategies for clients each quarter
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
Provide fractional support for internal marketing within Directive
Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
Maintain personal productivity and utilization
Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer 4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients
Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
Proficiency with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and others
Ability to delegate to junior team members for joint success
Strong understanding of paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
Ability to analyze campaign data using GA4, Google Analytics, Excel or other analytics tools
Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
Problem-solver with competitive and curious mindset
Interest in staying on the cutting edge of the industry
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Quality-focused and committed to advertising without compromising integrity
Travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
Meet / exceed department KPIs; core KPIs include client NSMs and client satisfaction
Build client trust to create renewals and cross-sell services
Communicate results clearly with clients and executives
Make strong strategic decisions for accounts
Benefits Base salary range for this role in the US is $85,000–$95,000 plus potential bonus; actual base may vary by compensation practices and experience

Work Environment Requirements Remote-first company; work from anywhere in the US with optional Abe offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may exist where Abe has established entities; work authorization and residency required for those locations. Role may operate 100% virtually and collaborate via Zoom and Slack.
