Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives

Design and develop effective learning solutions to address knowledge and performance gaps

Create and update curriculum for various training modalities, ensuring quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in curriculum management, learning experience, and instructional design in a corporate training environment

2+ years of experience in adult learning or professional training programs

BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field

Strong understanding of instructional design processes and knowledge transfer methods

Experience with applications and authoring tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud
