We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager . This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing receivables processes, mentoring teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 7 AR specialists, including coaching and performance development.
Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
Present monthly AR and collections updates to the Director of Finance and CFO.
Analyze AR aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
Manage third-party collections and customer escalations.
Ensure compliance with SOX / internal controls and support ERP transitions (e.g., NetSuite).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and streamline processes.
Train staff on financial concepts, negotiation techniques, and data accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in AR or related financial operations.
Proficiency in accounting software and business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing teams with diverse personalities and work styles.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving systems and processes.
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
