Position Summary

The Operations & Support Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics, device operations, and customer and platform support activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product shipping, packaging, and return processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee inventory control, including tracking, reconciliation, and restocking
• Perform device testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet performance standards
• Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and platform systems
• Support platform operations, including user setup, device pairing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Assist with local and out-of-state events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as needed
