Overview
Construction Site Manager position overseeing all on-site activities for commercial construction projects. Reports to the Head of Delivery. This is a client-facing role focused on completing projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who collaborates with franchise owners, subcontractors, and team members. Extensive travel and on-site work required.

Responsibilities
- Project Supervision & Leadership : Oversee daily on-site operations, ensure work aligns with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Manage and motivate subcontractors and laborers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure work meets brand and quality standards. Proactively address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce all safety regulations, company protocols, and policies to maintain a safe on-site environment.
- Communication & Problem-Solving : Serve as primary liaison between project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Resolve issues promptly to keep project timelines on track and maintain accurate daily reports and work logs.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within commercial construction.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Experience with constructability analysis and identifying potential issues early.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.Sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project timelines.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore).Valid passport and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in noisy environments, lift and carry objects over 35 lbs., and wear required PPE.About You
