Construction Site Manager

Overview

Construction Site Manager position overseeing all on-site activities for commercial construction projects. Reports to the Head of Delivery. This is a client-facing role focused on completing projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who collaborates with franchise owners, subcontractors, and team members. Extensive travel and on-site work required.

Location : Coral Springs, Florida

Employment type : Contract

Work hours : 8am to 6pm

Salary : $50 - 55 per hour

Education : No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Leadership : Oversee daily on-site operations, ensure work aligns with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Manage and motivate subcontractors and laborers to maintain efficient workflow.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure work meets brand and quality standards. Proactively address issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Safety & Compliance : Enforce all safety regulations, company protocols, and policies to maintain a safe on-site environment.
• Communication & Problem-Solving : Serve as primary liaison between project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Resolve issues promptly to keep project timelines on track and maintain accurate daily reports and work logs.
