We are seeking a Principal with a top-tier consulting background who thrives in entrepreneurial settings and has a track record of building C-level relationships. This is a senior-level, client-facing role with a strong focus on business development and new market growth. The Principal acts as a growth engine for the firm identifying new opportunities, opening executive doors, and converting prospects into long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do :

• Lead origination of new business across CPG, agrifuel, and crop inputs, targeting senior executives and decision makers.
• Build and own a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving them from prospecting through close with measurable revenue impacts.
• Craft compelling value propositions and tailor solutions that resonate with client needs and industry trends.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements that balance client objectives with firm profitability and long-term growth.
