A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement risk-based quality management across clinical studies
Define and implement monitoring strategies and oversee CRO monitoring practices
Lead development and maintenance of department SOPs and inspection-readiness processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
15-20 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (10-15 years with a Master's)
Extensive knowledge of clinical development principles and GCP guidelines
Experience with clinical operations monitoring and oversight
Proficiency in systems and technology related to clinical operations
