The Analog Garage is ADI’s Research and Advanced Development Center located in downtown Boston. We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Software Engineer with experience in software and systems, particularly with high algorithmic content, and deploying them to the electrical grid. They will work with our team of talented and skilled researchers in a highly collaborative, hands-on environment to help us achieve this vision. You will work on solving challenging problems with massive scope that could have a significant impact on the electrical grid. The ideal candidate will have experience in

• deploying software containing significant novel algorithmic content
• . The candidate must have experience working with algorithm engineers, systems engineers and other software engineers to translate complex algorithmic IP into product-worthy demos and end-to-end-systems. The ideal candidate has integrated a full system ranging from hardware to algorithms running in the cloud for a system on the distribution grid, which interfaces with grid OT / IT systems such as DERMS, GIS, ADMS, or VPP / aggregation systems.
