NICU - Nurse Manager
HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into a NICU Nurse Manager opening with an award winning healthcare system here in Kissimmee, FL.
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
Pay Details : $100,000 - $117,000 (dependent on experience)
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled Level III NICU team (18 beds, avg. census 12) with 26 FTEs, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Drive clinical and operational performance through strong staffing, regulatory compliance, and a focus on patient experience
- Develop and retain top nursing talent, addressing current RN openings and supporting staff growth through coaching and mentorship
Required Qualifications
FL state RN licensure2+ years of leadership experience3+ years of NICU experience within the last 5 yearsBLS within 30 days of employmentNeonate Resuscitate obtained within 6 months of employmentBenefits
