Overview
Mayker is looking for a driven, customer-focused team member to join us as a Furniture Resale Coordinator . This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients discover quality pre-owned furniture pieces, has an eye for potential in used items, and thrives in a dynamic environment that blends sales strategy with hands-on execution.
You'll lead our furniture resale program, connecting with clients who appreciate the value and character of pre-owned pieces while strategically moving inventory that no longer meets our brand standards or aesthetics. This dual focus generates revenue while clearing physical floor space to allow for growth, making it a critical role in our operational efficiency. Success requires someone who can seamlessly shift between spreadsheet analysis and warm client conversations.
This is a hybrid, hourly position with time spent at our warehouse in La Vergne , in our shop in historic Germantown , and remotely where you do your best work. Work week : Tuesday - Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week Compensation : $18-$22 / hour based on experience . Bonus pay available for meeting exceptional performance in sales thresholds.
