Strong PC and systems experience Highly detail-oriented Excellent communication, problem solving, organization and analytical skills High level of initiative and ability to work independently Ability to effectively communicate and positively interact with various levels of management and business partners Exposure to ASC 842 lease accounting concepts Ability to interpret contracts and summarize key financial information SAP general ledger and related reporting tools (AFO, BW) Intermediate to advance experience working with Microsoft Excel Experience working with large and complex datasets and analysis
Accountant In Property Accounting

- Drive the accounting and reporting for Target Properties, including accruals, reclasses, accounting corrections and disclosures.
- Support the Lease Accounting team by reviewing leases, booking journal entries and assisting with researching reconciliations and analyzing monthly balances.
- Develop strong relationships and provide client support to Properties and Lease Accounting business partners.
- Drive innovation and analytics to improve processes
