What You’ll Do as a Marketing Assistant : You’ll be part of a creative and energetic team dedicated to expanding the Latitude 33 Aviation brand across digital channels, in-person events, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role that offers variety and the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable industry experience.

Develop and schedule engaging email campaigns

Support client outreach and marketing initiatives

Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize blog content, track performance, manage CRM, and generate new leads

Post offers and flight deals to social channels

Research aircraft market trends and update listings

Prepare marketing collateral, proposals, and reports

Assist with visual content creation, including photoshoots and videos

Verify listing data and coordinate follow-ups with industry contacts

Provide data research and administrative support to the sales team

Tasks

Keep the website fresh with compelling content and visuals

Capture and edit photo and video content of aircraft and events

Create marketing materials like sales sheets, presentations, spec sheets, and social media graphics

Curate content and manage calendars for social media platforms

Coordinate outreach, research, and follow-ups with partners and vendors

Building client VIP baskets for speciality flights

Creative, detail-oriented self-starter, expand and complete all provided tasks

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Skilled in writing, content creation, and visual design

Love research, data tracking, and finding ways to optimize marketing efforts

Eager to learn tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT along with other emerging AI platforms

Preferred Skills

Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator experience

WordPress or similar CMS platform knowledge

Social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)

Email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads

Basic SEO knowledge and a passion for learning
