Artisan Bakery, a cozy and creative hub for handcrafted baked goods, is looking for a Managing Baker to lead our kitchen with expertise and enthusiasm. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and have at least 1 year of baking experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As our Managing Baker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the heart of our bakery—our kitchen—runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :

• Crafting delicious, high-quality baked goods with precision and creativity.
• Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Managing inventory and ensuring ingredients are fresh and stocked.
• Leading and mentoring a small team of bakers to maintain our high standards.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
