Principal Hrbp

Amazon is looking for a Principal HRBP to support the Fulfillment Technology & Robotics organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who design, build, and deploy the latest robotics and packaging systems across Amazon's operations network. The Principal HRBP in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You'll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. You will support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.

Key job responsibilities include improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. Successful candidates will also demonstrate genuine curiosity and ability to interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent acquisition and management. They will coach and mentor at executive management levels, write strategic narratives that directly affect the business, and propose people-focused solutions and drive business outcomes. They will also exhibit creative problem solving, success in creating and driving effective career development, retention, and recognition programs, and the ability to think big and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
