This role will manage financial reporting and operational accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and property subledgers
• Review financial packages from third-party property management firms
• Analyze and report on variances and financial issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
