• Drive structural design projects from conception through completion
• Manage complex engineering projects while ensuring code compliance and design excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and developers
• Provide expert construction support and field supervision
• Lead and mentor junior engineering staff
• Develop innovative structural solutions including Passive Energy Dissipation Systems
