Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels. Proactief, oplossingsgericht en organisatorisch sterk. Klant- en servicegericht, met oog voor continue verbetering.

Als Product Data & Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de technische productdata binnen Gallagher Europe. Je zorgt dat nieuwe en bestaande producten correct, volledig en consistent worden vastgelegd in onze systemen en dat deze aansluiten bij geldende wet- en regelgeving.
Je onderhoudt technische documentatie en digitale tools, bewaakt de productkwaliteit en ondersteunt bij productintroducties en verbeterprojecten. Ook fungeer je als intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor technische productinformatie en draag je bij aan troubleshooting en advisering. Daarmee speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van kwaliteit, compliance en datakwaliteit.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega's in Europa én met specialisten over de hele wereld, zoals Nieuw-Zeeland, China en de Verenigde Staten.
Concreet zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden onder meer :
- Beheren van technische productdata in PIM en FileMaker / FMP.
- Creëren en onderhouden van datasheets, handleidingen, sparepartlijsten, BOM's en overige technische documentatie.
- Uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles en PFR's, en bijdragen aan productverbeteringen.
- Beheren van statistiekcodes en borgen van datakwaliteit (data governance).
- Fungeren als key-user voor de Online Fence Configurator.
- Monitoren van klantklachten en opstellen van kwaliteitsrapportages.
- Ondersteunen van sales en marketing met technische productinformatie.
- Beheren en bijhouden van legale productdata, in afstemming met leveranciers en internationale partners.
