This is a pivotal leadership role for a construction professional with a proven track record across diverse sectors including K-12 education , healthcare , hospitality , multifamily , and commercial construction . You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily on-site operations for ground-up and renovation projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
