HR Generalist
Partner with store managers to meet staffing needs : post jobs, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. Facilitate onboarding and orientation for all new retail hires. Manage employee relations : investigate concerns, resolve conflicts, and administer progressive discipline with thorough documentation. Oversee offboarding for both voluntary and involuntary separations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across all retail locations. Create, implement, and enforce HR policies that align with company culture and standards. Track and manage employee leave requests, including FMLA and other applicable programs. Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for retail staff. Administer benefits programs including health insurance and 401(k) enrollment. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and assist with audits and reporting.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of HR experience in the retail industry
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
