This role is a key leadership position focused on operational excellence, process automation, and transformation. You will oversee daily financial operations, manage global accounting processes, and develop scalable, tech-driven solutions across functions including accounts payable / receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in capital-intensive projects, cost accounting, and global financial operations, alongside strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead operational accounting functions : A / P, A / R, fixed assets, inventory, reconciliations.
• Develop project and cost accounting capabilities for capital-intensive environments (e.g., data centers, telecom, construction, or engineering).
• Implement automation tools (e.g., D365, OneStream, Coupa, Kyriba) to streamline high-volume processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.) to optimize financial systems and workflows.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and establish a center of excellence in operational accounting.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team with a focus on development and performance.
