Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and measurement for brand and retail social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and YouTube. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration with internal creative, PR, media, and analytics teams as well as external agencies. The ideal candidate is a social-first strategist with excellent project management skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for connecting with diverse, culture-driving audiences particularly Gen Z.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Own strategy and content production for brand and retail social campaigns across major platforms.
Develop creative briefs that inspire innovative ideas and compelling campaigns.
Project manage social content production, coordinating with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
Define, track, and present KPIs, metrics, and campaign performance to leadership.
Support business and contract negotiations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, creative, media, analytics, and growth teams to scale campaigns.
Research and identify new opportunities in social platforms, formats, and production models.
Stay current on audience trends, infusing campaigns with fresh, innovative content.
Must Haves :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
7–10 years of experience in social media marketing.
Knowledge of social platforms, scheduling software, and social analytics.
Success engaging diverse and culture-driven audiences, with a focus on Gen Z.
Communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
Analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns using metrics.
Writer and communicator with strong project management and attention to detail.
Experience defining and executing marketing strategies.
Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a can-do attitude.
