job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver up to 350+ packages per day Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles Follow all delivery instructions and safety procedures Be punctual, professional, and customer-focused in interactions with customers Assist team members as needed and keep delivery vans clean and ready for service Customer Obsessed – represent the company professionally and respectfully; seek ways to improve the customer experience (e.g., better package placement, assisting with extra deliveries when time permits) Driving and Delivery Experience – prior driving / delivery experience preferred; include experience with Lyft, Uber, FedEx, UPS or similar; valid AZ driver's license with clean record; strict adherence to traffic laws and safety procedures Physical Fitness – capable of delivering up to 350+ packages daily and lifting / carrying up to 50 lbs; ability to climb in / out of vehicles, stairs, bending, and stooping Team Oriented – work with the team to complete deliveries and support others; punctuality, equipment care, and vehicle cleanliness Arrive at distribution facility by the required time to receive van assignment On-call drivers may be required to be available with little notice Attend the morning stand-up meeting to discuss areas of focus Receive route assignment, keys, tools, and delivery smartphone / GPS device Follow pre-determined route and delivery estimates Perform a pre-trip vehicle inspection Deliver up to 350+ packages Be on your feet up to 9 - 12 hours per day Return van to station after refueling and remove trash from van Return smartphone / GPS device, tools, and keys Perform post-trip inspection and note any maintenance items Delivery vehicle & gas Handheld technology Uniforms Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only English (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred)
Overview
As a Delivery Associate, you are in a critical and valued position. We use top-of-the-line technology and comfortable company-provided vehicles to safely deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses. Each Delivery Associate (DA) is a direct representative of our Company, Lime Logistics. This job is for motivated individuals with a great attitude. You will need to think on your feet to make successful deliveries while maintaining safety, focus, and providing great customer service.

Shift Descriptions
- All shifts are 9 - 10 hours in length (no shorter shifts are available)
- Shifts are assigned 7 days a week
- We work 361 days a year
- Holidays are : Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
