Pressure Washing Technician – Soft Wash & High Pressure Wash

Location : Hampton Roads, VA and surrounding areas

Pay : Based on experience ($15 - $18 / hr typical range)

Schedule : Full-time | Year-round work

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with real-world experience in pressure washing and soft washing. This isn't just another cleaning job - we take pride in restoring and maintaining everything from commercial properties to equipment yards, bridges, tunnels and more.

What You'll Be Doing :

Operating soft wash and high-pressure wash systems

Mixing and applying cleaning solutions safely and effectively

Cleaning a variety of surfaces - concrete, siding, brick, equipment, etc.

Maintaining hoses, pumps, and nozzles to keep gear in top shape

Working independently or with a small crew on job sites

What We're Looking For :

Experience with both soft wash and pressure wash equipment

Knowledge of chemical ratios and surface care

Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing the job right

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
