Territory Manager - Philadelphia

Territory : Philadelphia Metro

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Compensation : Base Salary range $50-60k (variable compensation up to 40% of your base salary with quarterly bonus payouts)

Our Territory Manager are the face of the rapidly growing team at Downeast Cider. Your mission will be to increase the sales and visibility of Downeast Cider with both our on-premise and off-premise retail partners in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area. You’ll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our innovative portfolio of craft hard cider and beyond.

What you’ll do : Sell, sell, sell

Execute on monthly and quarterly sales goals

Grow brand presence and introduce new products within our existing accounts

Prospect for new business and close sales with new accounts

Seek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accounts

Monitor product freshness to ensure quality standards are being upheld

Conduct weekly demos at bar and retail accounts (can include training / managing a Brand Ambassador to run these)

Flex your people skills

Spend 80-90% of your time visiting new and existing accounts

Build relationships with key decision makers throughout your account base

Balance communications with many (10-40) wholesaler reps

Leverage wholesaler relationships / ride-alongs to increase sales and stay top of mind

Keep track of it all

Record account details in the CRM software

Input contact information and notes following every sales visit

Maintain accurate and timely records through VIP and Karma

Create and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers

Who you are :

Passionate about craft cider

Experience providing superior customer service

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day

21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations

Must reside in the same area as the covered territory

Bonus points if you have…

Outside sales experience

Experience working in the alcohol / liquor / beer / wine industry

Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Comfortable using a CRM software

Proficient in Google Suite
