Key Responsibilities :

Contact customers by phone, email, or mail regarding delinquent accounts

Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company guidelines

Accurately document all collection activities in the system

Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies

Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters

Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous collections, customer service, or call center experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple accounts

Proficiency with computers and basic office software
