job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAs Sales Manager, you'll lead revenue generation efforts, build strong customer pipelines, and represent the company at major industry events and trade shows. You will be the face of the organization for clients in the business jet / VIP , commercial , and defense segments seeking high-quality aircraft painting solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across business jet, VIP, and commercial segments Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in aircraft paint services Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle Attend and represent the company at key aviation industry trade shows and events Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align sales goals with delivery capabilities Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records 5+ years of experience in aerospace / aviation sales, specifically aircraft paint, MRO, or completions Deep knowledge of aircraft paint services (surface prep, coatings, finishes, etc.) Established network in business jet / VIP and commercial aviation Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue goals Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and attend industry events Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL preferred; remote candidates will be considered Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
