Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to support financial operations with a focus on accounts receivable clean-up and process improvement. This role will be instrumental in streamlining AR functions, resolving outstanding issues, and implementing an effective fee schedule system to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk :

Review and reconcile outstanding accounts receivable balances

Research and resolve credit memo discrepancies

Implement and maintain an accurate fee schedule system

Ensure timely posting and application of payments

Identify and correct billing errors

Collaborate with internal teams to improve AR processes and reduce aging balances

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk :

2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience

Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit memos, and fee schedules

High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting is a plus
