Teche Health, A Federally Qualified Health Center, per Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, is currently seeking qualified applicants for our Family / Internal Medicine Physician position based in Houma, Louisiana.
Teche Action Board dba Teche Health has exciting opportunities for a Family / Internal Medicine Physician to join our Federally Qualified Health Centers. This position is for our site in Houma, Louisiana. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and flexible, must be able to multi-task, have a great attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and must be a rapid learner. Ideal candidates will have a passion for serving the underserved and be able to work as a team player in building a strong practice. This clinic-based opportunity is well supported by MDs, NPs, RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants.
Qualifications :
Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Must be a graduate of an approved medical school, completion of an approved internship and / or residency program in Family or Internal Medicine
- Must be currently licensed for the practice of Medicine in the State of Louisiana or eligible
- Newly trained as well as experienced physicians are welcomed to apply
- Flexible Work Hours with no on-call.
