Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a  Commercial Service Coordinator  to help build and grow the Commercial Service Department. In this role, you will coordinate service jobs from start to finish — including taking service calls, scheduling technicians, ordering materials, invoicing customers, and supporting collection efforts when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate service jobs from initial call through completion.
• Schedule technicians efficiently using Google Calendars and scheduling boards.
• Order materials and manage purchase orders.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to customers, with timely follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service customers.
• Dispatch technicians and estimators based on urgency, location, and availability.
• Track technician activity and update daily time cards.
• Maintain accurate customer records including contact, billing, and account details.
• Schedule and coordinate estimates as needed.
• Assist customers with AEP rebate programs and potential cost savings.
• Process customer credit card payments and promptly invoice completed jobs.
• Handle 811 dig tickets and ensure required permits are properly closed out.
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing and recordkeeping.
• Make collection calls on past-due accounts when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
