Junior Cloud Specialist

The Junior Cloud Specialist is an entry-level technical role responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting OTAVA’s hybrid cloud infrastructure. This position involves working within the Network Operations Center (NOC), assisting with system administration for Windows and Linux environments, and helping ensure the stability, security, and performance of customer solutions.

The role is designed for individuals at the early stage of their IT career who are eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in cloud technologies. With structured training and exposure to VMware, Veeam, Zerto, networking, and automation tools, this position provides a foundation for advancement within OTAVA’s cloud operations team.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform searches and analysis within the auditing system for checking systems updates
• Perform searches and analysis within the auditing system to verify system updates.
• Conduct monitoring activities within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze cases and provide solutions following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support system administration for Windows and Linux, including security concepts, patching, upgrading, and provisioning.
• Work independently with minimal guidance while maintaining strong motivation and direction.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
