Junior Integration Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Junior Integration Support Engineer (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain partner-specific API sample collections and analyze third-party APIs for new integrations

Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow diagrams for integration processes

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, prepare test data, and coordinate user access requests for integrations

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with at least one programming language (Node.js, .NET, JavaScript, or Java)

Basic knowledge of API concepts (REST, GraphQL)

Hands-on experience with API client tools such as Postman

Detail-oriented and systematic approach to problem-solving

Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn new technical concepts quickly
