4M Dental Implant Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Dental Front Desk & Backup Treatment Coordinator to join our team in our brand new practice in Glendale, CA. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional patient experience—from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while providing backup support to the Treatment Coordinator in presenting treatment plans and facilitating patient care.

This role will be a split between Glendale & Valencia

Front Desk Administration :

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system.
• Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office confidentiality standards.

Qualifications :

Full-time, Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays as needed (schedule may vary based on practice needs). Requirements :
