Title : Associate Attorney

Location : Hybrid in NY / NJ

Salary : $120k-$180k DOE + aggressive bonuses, PTO, comprehensive health insurance + 401k.

Requirements : Ideally 1-5 years of experience as an Attorney, focused on Insurance Defense or related civil litigation. Must be barred in NJ or NY. Experience with NY Labor Law / "Construction Site Accidents".

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our prestigious team. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will handle a diverse range of complex cases for a variety of clients, including insurance carriers and self-insured entities. Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal representation to insurance companies, self-insured businesses, and other clients in all aspects of insurance defense, including but certainly not limited to General Liability.
• Actively work a caseload of 30-40 cases.
• Develop case strategies, prepare legal arguments, and negotiate settlements in pursuit of favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Work closely with clients to provide legal counsel and develop strategies tailored to their business goals.
• Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys and legal professionals to solve complex legal challenges.
• Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations to provide timely, expert advice and guidance to clients.
