Project Manager

Position Description :

The Project Manager leads project planning and execution, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to delivery. They will work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budgets, while also improving processes and driving team collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope, while proactively balancing competing priorities and optimizing resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while managing any changes to scope.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure effective project execution.
• Identify risks early in the process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment to goals and expectations.
• Schedule, plan and lead meetings to keep the team aligned and on track.
• Mentor and guide Lead Project Coordinators and Project Coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on key project management and collaboration software, providing day-to-day troubleshooting support and guidance to internal teams.
• Serve as a resource for training on software tools and ensuring best practices are followed for consistent usage and data integrity.
• Analyze project workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Present reports and outcomes to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
