Job Description
Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Senior Project Manager to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of enterprise projects assigned by the Government, including requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance. The individual shall monitor project progress, adjust as necessary, and provide timely reports on performance, budget, and schedule to the Government. The Senior Project Manager shall also provide interim progress reviews at the request of the Government.
In addition, the Senior Project Manager shall support the proposal, implementation, and enforcement of Government policies, standards, and methodologies, and shall be responsible for developing or overseeing the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documentation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the latest Government-approved version of the Project Management Plan (PMP). The PMP is considered an evolving document and shall be updated at least annually, and more frequently as required by project changes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, lead, and manage personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects and maintains efficiency of important project management aspects such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.
- Develop and execute against project objectives by collaborating with the customer on needs and goals, project proposals, project plans, and intermediate execution status.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Responsible for technical / operational leadership of a project / mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.
- Define, generate, and review project requirements documentation. Perform technical studies to refine project requirements.
- Monitor project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.

Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)Education :
