We are in the PEOPLE business and work with money, looking for experienced, outgoing candidates to join our team. You\'ll complete routine transactions and understand our products and services to find solutions for members. The successful candidate will be the "frontline" of our Credit Union, either in person, by phone, or by live chat. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a heart for customer service, problem-solving abilities, and embrace technology to serve members in a digital-first world.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine transactions within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.)
- Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services (credit cards, loans, digital services, when appropriate)
- Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services
- Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses
- Resolve issues and provide relevant information
Skills
