job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide service on all residential heating and air conditioning systems : gas / electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, floor and wall furnaces as well as ductless mini split systems Inspect and perform repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Document service performed and recommendations Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality and safety standards Keep company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients Attend weekly training meetings to consistently sharpen your skills Adhere to all safety policies and procedures 1-3 years HVAC service work experience Valid Driver's License Clean DMV Record EPA Certification Must Have Own Hand Tools Strong Customer Service Skills Ability to Read and Write English NATE Certification is but not required Competitive pay plus spiffs and commission Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401k with employer matching Paid Holidays / Paid Time Off Your birthday is a paid day off Ongoing training and development programs Company provided uniform, branded trucks and company gas card Company iPhone and iPad Generous tool allowance
